WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept exchanges and refunds on all our pieces within 30-days from the date you received your order.
We only ask that the following requirements are met:
- Item/s must be in original condition with tags remaining in place.
- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

Yes, all exchanges & returns are free.
Rest of the World Orders
The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to MR. KOYA for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & e-mail address used to order the shirt/s and we'll reply with a Pre-paid postage label to use in sending your shirt/s to us.
(Please note that we are unable to refund any initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs for all international returns.)
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
We have a warehouse based in Australia, specifically chosen to facilitate all of our Returns.
We will provide you with the full address when we process your return/exchange labels for you.
NOTE: You have 14 days to send back your shirt once you receive your return/exchange confirmation email from us.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, we try our best to reply with your return email within 24 hours.
If you're exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 1-2 business days
If you're refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay (Paypal or credit card) within1-2 business days of receiving your shirt/s back.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a damaged shirt, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com
